AUSTRALIA HAS BEEN DECLARED A CLIMATE EMERGENCY
The 2019–20 Australian Black Summer commenced with serious uncontrolled fires in June 2019.
Bushfires this season have burnt an estimated 18.6 million hectares (46 million acres), destroyed over 5,900 buildings (including 2,779 homes) and killed at least 34 people.
An estimated one billion animals have been killed and some of our precious endangered species may be driven to extinction, and air quality dropped to hazardous levels.
The cost of dealing with the bushfires is expected to exceed the A$4.4 billion.
WHAT IS WHITE LABEL CLUB DOING TO HELP?
We understand that the disaster will take a long time to recover from, and we are leading a charge with out digital agency partners around the world to help our magnificent fauna and flora recover from the disaster.
Our beautiful animals need help and funding in their rehabilitation process, helping them and their homes recover from this disaster. There will be lots of rebuilding and animal management needed.
So for every campaign launched throughout 2020, we’re going to adopt one of our injured animals. Every month that the campaign continues we are going to plant a new tree as well. We believe that together, we can help rebuild our precious country one animal and one tree at a time and truly make an impact.
Our goal is to contribute $500,000 to the project throughout 2020.
How will you know an animal has been saved or a tree planted?
White Label Club has also funded the admin management for the Save Australia Foundation for the 2020 year, and they will be listing the digital marketing agencies around the globe who have assisted us with saving the lives of a koala, a wombat, an echidna or a kangaroo.
The website saveaustralia.org.au will keep you up to date with how many animals and trees we have been able to save and plant, and showcase the partners who have helped us do this.
This will let you know about the positive impact any campaign has made.

You will receive a framed certificate acknowledging your assistance, with information about the animal we have adopted on your behalf.
This can be displayed in your office, on your website, or even showcased to your client to show how their campaign has helpedthis cause.
You will also receive acknowledgement for your Agency on the Save Australia Foundation website along with a valuable backlink.
